Provider-IPTV Setup Guide
Follow these instructions to set up your IPTV service on various devices. For troubleshooting, contact our support team.
Before You Begin: You'll need your activation code (sent via email) and stable internet connection (minimum 10Mbps for HD).
General Information
- Username: Your email address
- Password: Provided in welcome email
- Portal URL:
https://portal.provider-iptv.com
- Recommended VPN: Not required but may improve stability
Device-Specific Guides
Smart TV (Android/Samsung/LG)
- Download "Smart IPTV" or "IPTV Smarters" from your app store
- Launch the app and select "Login with Xtream Codes"
- Enter your credentials:
- Username: Your email
- Password: Provided password
- Portal URL:
https://portal.provider-iptv.com
- Restart the app after successful login
Fire TV Stick/Android Box
- Install "IPTV Smarters Pro" or "TiviMate" from Amazon Appstore
- Open the app and select "Load Your Playlist"
- Enter your portal URL and credentials
- Go to Settings > EPG to load program guide
- Allow 5-10 minutes for channels to populate
MAG/Enigma Boxes
- Navigate to Settings > Servers
- Add new portal with URL:
http://portal.provider-iptv.com/c/
- Enter your MAC address (found in system info)
- Reboot the device after saving settings
Windows/Mac/Linux
- Download VLC Media Player or Kodi
- For VLC: Media > Open Network Stream > Enter:
http://portal.provider-iptv.com/get.php?username=YOUR_EMAIL&password=YOUR_PASS&type=m3u
- For Kodi: Install PVR IPTV Simple Client addon
- Enter M3U playlist URL when prompted
Troubleshooting
- No channels? Wait 10 minutes and restart app
- Buffering? Try lowering quality in app settings
- Login issues? Reset password from our website
